About the role

Developer Experience team at AWS India drives developer adoption of cloud services by showcasing new technologies and generative AI. The Field Developer Marketing Manager localizes global campaigns, partners with DevRel leads, manages event logistics, analyzes metrics, and coordinates with PR and field marketing to engage the Bengaluru developer community. Bengaluru, KA, IND – on-site role with occasional travel.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with DevRel Lead on field engagement plans
• Localize and deploy global developer campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets and event execution
• Coordinate with PR and media influencers
• Align content assets with Developer Journey stages
• Analyze campaign metrics and report performance
• Share best practices with global teams
• Maintain relationships with local developer ecosystem

• 5+ years technology marketing
• Strong written and oral communication
• Project management in fast-paced environment
• Campaign and event marketing experience
