About the role

Product Marketing organization at Appian. The team drives developer community engagement through field events, virtual webinars, and digital forums. The role plans and executes comprehensive developer-focused engagements, moderates community platforms like Reddit and Discord, and manages programs such as MVP initiatives. Chennai office, 5 days onsite, with full benefits package.

What you’ll do

Plan and execute developer-focused field and virtual events
Moderate and foster interaction on Appian Community, Reddit, and Discord
Manage and scale community programs including MVP and user-generated content initiatives
Oversee logistics, promotion, and on-site operations for developer events

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

Nice to have

2-3 years experience running developer programs, community management, or technical event engagement
