About the role

What you’ll do
- Oversee OT and IIOT security projects
- Develop and implement OT security policies
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance
- Manage secure OT network design and IT‑OT integration
- Lead a team of consultants and senior consultants
- Collaborate with senior management on security strategy
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards
- Provide guidance on OT cyber tools and asset management
What you’ll bring
- 5-12 years OT domain experience
- Experience with OT cyber tools (IDS, EDR, SIEM)
- Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF
- Work in manufacturing or energy sector
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, MES systems
- Asset management tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Leadership of security project teams
- Strategic alignment of security with business goals
