About the role

Advisory OT Cybersecurity team at PwC focuses on protecting industrial operations through advanced OT security solutions. The Senior Associate leads OT and IIOT security projects, develops policies, conducts risk assessments per ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF, and manages a consulting team to secure manufacturing and energy environments. Bengaluru, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Oversee OT and IIOT security projects
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF
• Implement OT cyber tools (IDS, EDR, SIEM)
• Design and secure OT networks and IT‑OT integration
• Lead a team of consultants and senior consultants
• Align security strategy with business goals
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years OT domain experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Manufacturing or energy sector experience
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards
• Experience with OT tools such as IDS, EDR, SIEM
• Hands‑on with PLC, SCADA, MES systems
• Asset management tools experience, preferably ServiceNow
• Proven track record leading security projects and teams
