- Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs and non‑technical stakeholders to define and deliver features
- Ensure system reliability, scalability and performance
- Identify and resolve performance issues
- Advocate for best engineering practices
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience with backend architectural patterns for high‑scale web applications
- Proficiency in designing clean, maintainable APIs
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices including design patterns, code reviews, unit and integration testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
