About the role

Cynet India Delivery team leads the staffing for SLED/FED public sector clients, managing end‑to‑end delivery through MSPs and direct agency partnerships. The Director oversees a 35‑50 member offshore recruiting team, drives performance governance, analytics, and compliance while collaborating with onshore account directors and client stakeholders. Noida, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Oversee end‑to‑end staffing delivery for SLED/FED clients
• Serve as primary offshore delivery owner ensuring SLA compliance
• Maintain relationships with MSP program managers and onshore directors
• Lead and mentor a large recruiting team across multiple verticals
• Drive process alignment, reporting cadence, and performance governance
• Partner with leadership on growth opportunities and automation initiatives
• Track and improve submittal‑to‑hire ratios, fill rates, and recruiter productivity
• Manage gross margin control and pay‑to‑bill alignment

What you’ll bring

• 9+ years U.S. staffing/recruitment experience
• 3-5 years focused on SLED/FED public‑sector clients
• Managed offshore delivery teams of 35‑50
• Experience with MSP program management
• Deep knowledge of U.S. government procurement and compliance
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical mindset with AI/automation exposure
