About the role
Cencora seeks a detail-oriented Associate Analyst, Customer Onboarding in Pune, India, to support customer onboarding and account setup. Day-to-day work includes high-volume SAP data entry, analyzing customer-submitted documents to define setup parameters, maintaining customer master records, and partnering with Data Quality Specialists and cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure seamless onboarding. This full-time role requires precision, analytical interpretation of complex information, and adherence to established workflows.
What you’ll do
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate capture of information in systems
- Analyze customer-submitted documents to extract and interpret essential data elements and determine setup parameters
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including customer engagement specialists and sales, to clarify data requirements and resolve data-related challenges
- Organize and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with company policies, ensuring data is structured and accessible
- Complete specific data entry assignments tied to onboarding workflows while adhering to priority and quality standards
- Identify discrepancies or incomplete information and escalate to Data Quality Specialists for resolution
- Perform updates to customer master records as needed to ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Partner with Data Quality Specialists to execute and finalize creation and maintenance of customer master data for new account setups
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Less than 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, data entry, account management, customer operations, or a related field
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong attention to precision
- Ability to execute high-volume data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Skill in analyzing customer-submitted documents to extract and interpret essential data elements
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify data requirements and resolve data-related challenges
- Proficiency in maintaining organized records and customer master data in accordance with company policies
- Capability to identify discrepancies or incomplete information and escalate to Data Quality Specialists
Nice to have
Certification in data administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred
