About the role
Supply Chain Advisory team at PwC helps clients transform their procurement and supply chain operations into strategic assets. The Senior Associate leads end‑to‑end implementation of source‑to‑pay workstreams, designs solutions, manages process re‑engineering, and supports client adoption while providing training and documentation. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site role with travel across India/APAC/MEA as needed.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of functional workstreams (design, configuration, testing, post‑go‑live support)
- Elicit and design solutions to meet business requirements
- Map and re‑engineer business processes, conduct gap analysis
- Recommend best practices to streamline S2P processes
- Collaborate with OEM and integration teams for system deployment
- Ensure quality deliverables, project timelines, and budget adherence
- Prepare training materials and deliver client trainings
- Support adoption and production support of deployed systems
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years procurement transformation or strategic sourcing experience
- Hands‑on with S2C, P2P, source‑to‑pay systems (Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Functional knowledge of SRM and supply chain processes
- Project management and client‑facing skills
- Willingness to travel across India/APAC/MEA
