Presales Solution Architect

About the role

Presales Solution Architect at Tech Mahindra, driving Telco BSS/OSS solution design for enterprise clients. Leads presales engagements, crafting end‑to‑end architecture, proposals and proof‑of‑concepts while aligning technical solutions with business outcomes. Based in Pune with on‑site work model, collaborating across consulting, solutioning and delivery teams to win and deliver large‑scale transformations.

What you’ll do

• Develop and present comprehensive BSS/OSS solution architectures for client proposals
• Create solution artifacts and technical documentation from scratch
• Collaborate with sales, consulting and delivery teams to align solutions with business needs
• Assess client requirements and map them to appropriate technology components
• Lead presales workshops and technical demos to showcase solution value
• Stay current with emerging Telco technologies and incorporate them into proposals

What you’ll bring

• 10-15 years Telco domain experience (B2C, B2B, Fixed line & wireless)
• 5+ years presales and solution design as B/OSS architect
• Hands‑on design of BSS/OSS capabilities across channels, CRM, e‑commerce, CPQ, billing, inventory, assurance
• Relevant certifications (Archimate, IT4IT, TOGAF) preferred
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of TMF standards (OpenAPI, ODA, Frameworx)
• Ability to evaluate and recommend technology solutions
