About the role

Workday Integrations team at ERPA delivers post‑go‑live production support for Workday Integration solutions. The Senior Consultant leads multiple client engagements, designs and configures integrations, guides testing and production moves, and partners with sales to deliver demos and proposals. Remote‑India role, full‑time, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Consult on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Gather and translate business requirements into integration designs and prototypes
• Assist clients with testing, production moves, and post‑go‑live support
• Maintain accurate project forecasts and status updates
• Collaborate with sales as Subject Matter Expert for presentations and LOEs
• Stay current on Workday enhancements and best practices
• Build strong client relationships through trust and service

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years Workday Integrations consulting experience
• Active Workday Partner certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Proactive approach with detail‑oriented mindset
