Senior Software Engineer, Workday Integration

About the role
Cloud Operations team at Clarivate builds and supports public cloud enablement and Workday integration solutions. The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and maintains integrations between Workday and enterprise systems, creates API‑based solutions, defines data mappings, and troubleshoots issues. Bangalore, hybrid working model (office and home based).
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements
- Develop and implement Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and connectors
- Design API‑based integrations ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Define data mappings, manage synchronization, and troubleshoot issues
- Perform end‑to‑end testing and support existing integrations
- Create documentation, guidelines, and training for users
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years integration design and development experience
- Proficiency with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Web Services)
- API development and data mapping/transformation skills
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA
- Workday Integration Certification preferred
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, Workday Studio
