About the role

What you’ll do
- Search various title plants and online county websites
- Prepare title reports, commitments, and property reports
- Capture information from documents into software/templates
- Adhere to SOPs and information security policies
- Support quality audits and meet SLA metrics
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience in searching title plants and online county websites
- Proficiency with title platforms such as Resware, Softpro, Qualia
- Ability to perform current owner, two owner, full, and tax searches
- Experience preparing title commitments and property reports
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and meet turnaround time metrics
- Flexibility to work night shifts
