What you’ll do
- Search title plants and online county sites
- Prepare title reports and commitments
- Capture document data into software/templates
- Maintain SLA turnaround and accuracy
- Support quality audits and SOP adherence
What you’ll bring
- 0-2 years title search experience
- Proficiency with Resware, Softpro, Qualia
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication
- Ability to work night shifts
