What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems
  • Drive system design and architecture discussions for new and existing services
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior engineers
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and design robust solutions
  • Quickly ramp up on new technologies, business domains, and existing codebases
  • Contribute to improving development processes, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across microservices
  • Support technical direction and contribute to the overall product roadmap

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of backend development using Java and Spring Boot
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
