Full Stack Developer

About the role

ShimentoX Technologies seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and maintain high‑performance software solutions that drive the company's international expansion. The role demands expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React, coupled with cloud proficiency in AWS or Azure. Candidates will design distributed systems, develop REST APIs, and work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). In an agile, startup‑like environment, the developer will lead critical initiatives, set technical direction, and shape the team. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and DevOps skills are essential. The position is full‑time, onsite in Hyderabad, and requires 4‑6 years of professional experience.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions.
• Ensure high quality through best practices and code reviews.
• Write distributed system software and develop REST APIs.
• Lead critical functions and define feature roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and shape the product team.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular or React.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps automation.

Nice to have

• Distributed system performance analysis and optimization experience.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
• Excellent communication and abstract problem‑solving skills.
