About the role

Revenue Cycle Management team at Enovis drives patient care transformation by optimizing billing and cash flow. The Subject Matter Expert leads AR follow‑up, denial resolution and mentors junior staff, generating operational reports and process improvements. Hyderabad office, on‑site, full‑time role with night‑shift flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Train staff on updated RCM procedures and coding
• Provide expert guidance during client meetings and internal reviews
• Monitor RCM metrics and investigate claim denials
• Oversee collections follow‑up and submit appeals
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
• Allocate work and track team performance with scorecards
• Identify trends in accounts receivable and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare RCM
• Proficiency with medical terminology, CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS
• Experience with medical billing software and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
