About the role

The role involves managing power distribution, HVAC, and maintenance while leading technicians to ensure safe, compliant operations. This is an on-site position requiring hands-on technical leadership.
What you’ll do
- Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems including power distribution and control systems
- Manage site utilities such as water supply, HVAC, compressed air, and chilled water
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to reduce site energy costs
- Plan and manage electrical infrastructure projects including upgrades and expansions within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO 9001/14001, and company policies
- Lead a team of technicians and contractors, providing coaching and mentoring
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute projects seamlessly
What you’ll bring
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Supervisor Certificate
- 5+ years experience in installation & maintenance of electrical equipment in chemical plants
