Associate Application Reliability Engineer

About the role

TripleLift’s Application Reliability Engineering team ensures seamless, high-quality ad delivery across video, TV, display, and native formats. As an Associate Engineer, you’ll resolve complex technical escalations, drive incident investigations, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve platform reliability. Based in Pune, India, the role is on-site with a focus on rapid ticket resolution and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Provide platform-wide technical support and deliver solutions for internal stakeholders
• Manage and resolve assigned tickets from the support queue (~80%) within defined SLAs
• Execute operational tasks such as client setup changes and configuration updates
• Assist in incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Perform data validation, basic analysis, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Engineering for issue resolution and fix validation
• Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base updates
• Support R&D initiatives (~20%) through execution of scripts, analysis, and testing
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ticket follow-ups and updates

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years experience in customer application escalations or technical support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar analytical/technical disciplines
• Experience working with AdTech platforms or technical product support environments
