About the role
Cloud Infrastructure team at Landmark Group supports Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services for the company's retail and hospitality platforms. The engineer provides L2 support, troubleshoots incidents, monitors resources, and ensures high availability of OCI workloads. Works onsite in India, collaborating with application teams to resolve platform issues and implement preventive actions.
What you’ll do
- Provide L2 support for OCI environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests
- Monitor OCI resources and ensure platform availability
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
- Support cloud provisioning, maintenance, and optimization
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, patching, and change implementations
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations
- Collaborate with application teams to resolve platform-related issues
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years cloud infrastructure support experience
- OCI Foundations Certification (preferred)
- OCI Architect Associate (preferred)
- OCI Operations Associate (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
Nice to have
- OCI Compute, OKE, Autonomous Database
- Block Volumes, Object Storage, File Storage
- VCN, Security Lists, Load Balancers, FastConnect, VPN
- IAM and IDCS
- Linux (RHEL, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu) administration
- Windows Server administration
- Incident, Problem, Change Management
