What you’ll do
- Lead incident recovery and root‑cause analysis
- Produce incident reports and drive post‑mortem improvements
- Assess deployment risks and maintain production stability
- Automate operational processes and enhance alerting with AI tools
- Develop deep understanding of dataflows and system dependencies
- Collaborate with development teams on backlog prioritization and Game Day activities
What you’ll bring
- UNIX/Linux administration
- Scripting and automation
- Cloud‑native support on Azure (AWS a plus)

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS)
