About the role
Global Transportation Logistics (GTL) team at Amazon moves non‑inventory IT equipment across fulfillment and delivery networks, including data centers. The specialist defines and delivers logistics solutions, coordinates shipments, manages customs documentation, and leads investigations to ensure timely, cost‑effective transport of IT assets across APAC. Gurugram, on‑site, hybrid schedule with occasional travel (<10%).
What you’ll do
- Define and deliver global logistics solutions for IT asset transportation
- Coordinate outbound shipping at multiple RAD locations
- Manage customs, broker, and GTS documentation for international shipments
- Prepare and validate commercial invoices for shipments
- Communicate daily with transportation providers to ensure timely pickups
- Investigate and resolve shipment issues, including claims and re‑ship authorizations
- Develop SOPs and proactive reporting for stakeholders
- Participate in weekly business reviews to track cost and KPI metrics
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years supply chain experience
- 2+ years program or project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- SQL knowledge
