Supply Chain Logistics Manager

About the role

Amazon's Global Transportation & Logistics (GTL) organization is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee logistics execution of Tech Supply Chain across the APAC region. The role owns end-to-end delivery of IT assets across multiple programs, defining and delivering global solutions that drive speed, scalability, and operational excellence for RAD operations partners. Day-to-day work includes leading and developing a team of logistics professionals, managing daily carrier relationships, driving step-change improvements in safety, quality, and cost, and collaborating with key operational experts to influence new business initiatives. Location: Gurugram, HR, IND. Travel: flexible domestic travel up to 30% based on business need.

What you’ll do

• Define and deliver global solutions that drive speed, scalability, and operational excellence for RAD operations partners
• Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals
• Manage daily carrier relationships
• Drive step-change improvements in safety, quality, and cost
• Collaborate with key operational experts across the company to influence new business initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of developing diverse supplier strategies and executing on sourcing activities experience
• 3+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced-level knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Nice to have

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
