About the role
Supply Chain Logistics team at Zensar Technologies ensures smooth operations of service supply chain incidents. The role handles ESP incident support 24x7, resolves at least three incidents daily, and participates in emergency operations and release trainings. Pune, Maharashtra, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Provide 24x7 ESP incident support and resolve incidents
- Maintain active status on ESP, Outlook, and Webex during work hours
- Meet balance scorecard metrics and adhere to ISO documentation
- Prepare weekly escalated case reviews with Incident Management Team
- Participate in Emergency Operations Center bridge for S&L operations
- Monitor alerts, take actions to restore S&L operations
- Engage in release trainings, UAT, and evaluate agent readiness
- Implement process improvements and handle special assignments
What you’ll bring
- 2 years Pega experience with CSA certification
- 2 years Salesforce experience with Admin certification
- 2 years Oracle experience in inventory and shipping
- 2 years B2B tech experience with MuleSoft and API integration
- Proficiency in incident reporting and ISO processes
- Knowledge of reverse logistics
- Intermediate SQL/PLSQL
Nice to have
