About the role
Digital Office at HDFC ERGO drives non‑HDFC Bank business across health, motor and other lines of business. The Officer, Open Market Agency will recruit and engage agencies, activate OEM and Banca partners, monitor performance metrics, and report daily business results. Based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, this role is onsite at the Digital Office.
What you’ll do
- Recruit and engage agencies for non‑HDFC Bank business
- Activate OEM private car and tractor dealers
- Activate Banca partners such as B3/CSC
- Monitor and drive agency performance metrics
- Achieve top‑line and BDE/ELR targets
- Drive renewals as per target
- Prepare morning and evening business reports
What you’ll bring
- 1-5 years experience
- experience in agency recruitment and engagement
- knowledge of health, motor insurance
- ability to drive business metrics
