What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications
- Manage a small team of developers; assign tasks, perform code reviews, ensure coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps
- Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and robust API integration
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Ensure code quality through automated tests, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions as needed
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where applicable
What you’ll bring
