About the role

Founders Office - New Product Initiatives at Noise drives the conception, execution, and scaling of 0-to-1 product lines. The role leads end-to-end product lifecycles, aligns engineering, design, and operations, and serves as the primary liaison between founders and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and rapid decision‑making. Gurgaon, on-site, full‑time, with direct collaboration with the founding team.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of new product initiatives from market research to launch
• Manage cross‑functional programs aligning engineering, design, and operations to meet aggressive timelines
• Act as primary liaison between founders and internal departments for strategic alignment
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product features and workflows
• Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks, implementing scalable processes
• Prepare high‑impact presentations and data‑backed reports for leadership and investor updates

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years professional experience, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, or high‑growth product‑led startup
• Education from premier institutes such as IIT, IIM, ISB, or BITs
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in fast‑paced environments
