About the role

Sika’s KPM - New Initiatives team in Navi Mumbai drives market expansion for specialty construction chemicals. The role involves identifying high-growth segments, developing growth strategies, and leading pilot projects to accelerate product adoption. This full-time position is based on-site in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Identify and evaluate new market segments with high growth potential.
• Develop and execute market-entry and growth strategies for emerging business areas.
• Build long-term business plans and growth roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, government policies, investments, and competitor activities.
• Establish relationships with key owners, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and influencers.
• Drive specification, approvals, and product adoption within targeted market segments.
• Create and develop project pipelines to generate sustainable business opportunities.
• Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate market penetration.

What you’ll bring

• 7–10 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
• Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at national/regional level.
• Experience in driving specification and project management preferred.
• Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
