About the role

What you’ll do

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identify market trends and drive up‑sell/cross‑sell initiatives
• Achieve branch profitability and meet performance targets
• Conduct field visits for marketing and collection activities
• Ensure operational compliance with policies and statutory requirements
• Oversee branch accounting, documentation, and asset management
• Coordinate with audit, gold inspection, and statutory authorities
• Train and develop team members

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years experience in banking or financial services
• Proven track record of achieving branch targets
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience in risk mitigation and fraud detection
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Excellent communication in local language and English
