Global Procurement Data & Analytics team at HSBC drives data‑driven decisions for the procurement function. The Vice President, Data Quality Lead defines and executes the global data quality framework, builds cross‑functional working groups, and ensures data readiness for AI use cases while monitoring model drift. Hyderabad, Telangana, India – on‑site role, hybrid collaboration with global stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve the Global Procurement Data Quality framework and scorecards
• Prioritize DQ improvements, track progress, and report to senior leaders
• Maintain rule libraries and automated DQ monitoring dashboards
• Lead cross‑functional groups to embed DQ into operations
• Define ‘ready for AI’ criteria and certify datasets for AI use
• Design Data Drift Monitoring to protect ML model integrity
• Act as trusted advisor to procurement leadership on data quality best practices
• Represent procurement in bank‑wide data quality forums

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years leading data quality initiatives
• Deep knowledge of data governance and tools like Collibra
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and QlikSense
• Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership
