About the role

Product Engineering team at Wolters Kluwer builds and maintains mission‑critical customer‑facing applications. The Senior Product Software Engineer analyzes and resolves complex production issues, develops robust code fixes, and mentors junior engineers while collaborating across QA, product, and support. Pune, Hybrid (8 days/month).

What you’ll do

• Analyze and triage customer‑reported issues
• Debug, reproduce, and validate complex scenarios
• Develop, test, and deliver high‑quality code fixes
• Identify recurring issues and propose preventive measures
• Collaborate with product engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Analyze logs and monitor system behavior
• Create knowledge‑base articles and troubleshooting guides
• Mentor junior engineers

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years software development
• 3+ years debugging production issues
• C# .NET Core/Framework
• SQL Server, WebAPI
• Log analysis and monitoring tools
• Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Version control with Git
• Agile/SAFe experience
