About the role
Product Compliance team at Sphera builds enterprise software to help companies manage environmental, health, safety and sustainability. The senior software engineer designs, develops, tests and delivers commercial applications, mentors junior developers and collaborates with product owners on requirements. Remote, India, remote work model.
What you’ll do
- Design, estimate, develop, test and deliver software products as part of an agile team
- Mentor and lead junior team members
- Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA
- Collaborate with product owners and managers to refine user stories
- Provide input for project estimation, planning and timelines
- Continuously expand technical and business domain knowledge
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years software development
- University degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with .Net (C#, WPF) or C++ (MFC)
- Experience with distributed systems and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
