About the role

ElevenLabs seeks a Public Sector Partnerships Lead to drive public policy and government affairs strategies across India. The role involves engaging with policymakers, monitoring regulatory developments, and promoting the adoption of ElevenLabs' AI voice and agent products. This is a remote position based in India.

What you’ll do

  • Lead engagement with government bodies and officials across India on AI governance and related topics
  • Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups
  • Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company
  • Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public policy goals
  • Support internal policy development by Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership on regional policy trends and business implications
  • Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services
  • Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years' experience in public and private sector policy roles with a focus on AI and tech
  • Strong knowledge of regional AI policy landscape including governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights
  • Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes
  • Public policy experience across India

Nice to have

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for briefing government officials
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
