About the role
Arrow Electronics’ Power BI team builds enterprise‑grade dashboards that drive business decisions across India. The engineer designs, develops, and maintains scalable BI solutions, automates data pipelines, and collaborates with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Based in Ahmedabad with additional sites in Indore and Pune, the role is on‑site with a focus on cloud analytics and modern data warehouses.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports
- Create optimized data models, DAX calculations, KPIs
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines
- Integrate data from multiple sources
- Implement performance tuning and row‑level security
- Support deployment and release management
- Troubleshoot reporting and data quality issues
What you’ll bring
- 4–6 years experience in Power BI
- Advanced SQL expertise
- Python scripting
- ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Fivetran, Airflow)
- Cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure)
- Data modeling (star/snowflake schema)
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Agile/Scrum methodology
