About the role

BI team at Synechron designs and delivers enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI, SSRS and SQL. The engineer builds robust data models, dashboards and reports, ensures data quality and governance, and collaborates with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Chennai, on-site, Full-time, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop and optimize Power BI and SSRS dashboards
• Build scalable data models and ensure data quality
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to translate requirements
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• Document data models, flows and reporting artifacts
• Drive performance, security and maintainability improvements
• Mentor junior team members
