About the role

Fintech team at EY helps clients modernize financial processes using Oracle Cloud solutions. Senior Consultant, Oracle ARCS leads end‑to‑end ARCS implementations, configures reconciliation rules, integrates data sources and provides post‑go‑live support. Bengaluru, on‑site, hybrid options available.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage Oracle ARCS implementation projects from initiation to completion
  • Configure and customize ARCS modules, including reconciliation formats and matching rules
  • Design and implement EPM data integration solutions for seamless data flow
  • Conduct client workshops, gather requirements and deliver ARCS training
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives

What you’ll bring

  • 3-6 years implementing Oracle ARCS
  • 2-3 full‑cycle implementation projects
  • Oracle Cloud ERP experience
  • Oracle ARCS certification preferred
  • Experience with Oracle EPM solutions (FCCS, TRCS, EPBCS)
  • Exposure to OneStream, Tagetik, Blackline
