Oracle EPM Consultant - Senior Manager

About the role

State Street seeks a Senior Manager to lead Oracle EPM project delivery, focusing on FCCS implementation and financial consolidation. The role involves designing business rules, managing integrations via CDM, and supporting global teams in high-pressure environments. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad, India, with a Hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage and deliver Oracle EPM projects with process control methods
• Design, implement, and configure FCCS business rules, reports, and forms
• Analyze current systems and recommend enhancements or modifications
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external global teams
• Manage multiple task assignments independently in high-pressure environments
• Interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

What you’ll bring

• 10 years of experience in managing and delivering Oracle EPM Projects
• Extensive technical and functional expertise in FCCS implementation
• Expertise in Multi-GAAP, Intercompany Eliminations, Allocations, and consolidation
• Proficiency in designing Integrations using CDM (Cloud Data Management)
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes supported by EPM Modules
• Experience with SQL scripts and SmartView

Nice to have

• Minimum 2 years of support experience on top of implementation
• Financial Services and Consulting experience with large accounting firms
• Experience with Go-live preparation, cut-over, and hyper care support
