The Manager - Chemical Sector - SCO drives profitable growth in the Chemical sector by focusing on key verticals such as Paint, Petrochemicals & Polymers, Pesticides, and Specialty Chemicals, with a sharp focus on EBITDA delivery. This individual contributor role blends deep domain expertise with hands-on execution, requiring full ownership of customer relationships and commercial discipline. The incumbent will lead a focused, high-impact team and spearhead cross-BU integrated solutions designed to address the unique challenges of chemical logistics. Based in Maharashtra, India, this is an on-site, full-time position.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics with at least 4 years in Logistics Sales
• Master's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
• Deep domain expertise in chemical logistics
• Full ownership of customer relationships and commercial discipline
• Ability to lead a focused, high-impact team
• Experience in cross-BU integrated solutions
• Focus on EBITDA delivery
• Knowledge of Contract Logistics, Cold Chain, Rail, Freight Forwarding, and Free Trade Warehouse Zones (FTWZ)
