About the role
Chemicals Consulting practice at Accenture helps global chemical clients drive digital transformation and operational excellence. The SAP Manager leads end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations, designs functional specs, runs workshops, and integrates analytics to optimize order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay and production processes. Based in Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru on‑site, collaborating with senior client leaders and Accenture consultants.
What you’ll do
- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for chemical clients
- Design functional specifications and fit‑gap analyses
- Facilitate workshops and manage solution design sessions
- Translate business requirements into SAP best‑practice configurations
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and Accenture delivery teams
What you’ll bring
- 5-15 years SAP consulting experience
- Bachelor of Engineering or Master's in Chemical or MBA
- 3-8 years chemicals industry consulting or 3-5 years industry experience
- 1-2 greenfield/brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Experience with SAP modules SD, PP‑QM, MM, PM, FICO, IBP, MDG, EHS, TM
