About the role

Chemicals Consulting practice at Accenture helps global chemical clients drive digital transformation and operational excellence. The SAP Analyst designs and implements S/4HANA solutions, leads workshops, and translates business requirements into functional specs across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other core processes. Role based in Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru with on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions for chemical clients
• Lead workshops to capture requirements and develop functional specifications
• Collaborate with senior management and delivery teams on go‑to‑market strategies
• Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives
• Support end‑to‑end SAP enterprise transformation projects
• Translate business needs into SAP best‑practice configurations
• Provide guidance on SAP module integration and data migration
• Contribute to thought leadership in chemical industry digitalization

What you’ll bring

• 5-15 years consulting or industry experience in chemicals
• Bachelor of Engineering, Master’s in Chemical or MBA from Tier‑1 B‑school
• Hands‑on S/4HANA implementation experience
• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, PP‑QM, MM, PM, FICO, IBP, MDG, EHS, TM
• Understanding of chemical industry business processes
• Ability to lead solution design workshops and manage fit‑gap analysis
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Exposure to digital technologies and analytics
