Debt Management Services - The Wheels (2W/3W) at Bajaj Finance drives loan portfolio growth and customer experience for two‑wheeler financing. The Assistant Manager leads a team of off‑roll staff, oversees sales governance, CRM (Salesforce) processes, and ensures timely case processing while managing hiring, retention, and dealer onboarding. Pune, Wakdewadi, on-site, hybrid schedule with on‑site presence as required.

What you’ll do

• Achieve business numbers across channels
• Hire, retain and manage off‑roll staff
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and PDD requirements
• Track and reduce customer complaints and cancellations
• Coordinate with credit, operations, risk and 2W/3W teams
• Maintain TAT for case processing
• Train and onboard new dealers and partners
• Plan field activities and lead allocation
