About the role

Collections division at SBI Card leads regional teams to drive field collection performance and portfolio health. The Deputy Vice President Zonal Collections Manager oversees Regional Collections Managers, formulates strategies, monitors metrics, and ensures compliance across the North zone. New Delhi, India, on-site role with leadership over multi‑regional operations and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll do

• lead a team of Regional Collections Managers and ACMs to meet portfolio performance targets
• formulate and implement collection strategies for the zonal cluster
• monitor field collections by bucket/vintage/region and ensure cost efficiency
• ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and customer satisfaction standards
• conduct performance reviews with vendors and agency managers
• identify non‑performing segments and apply legal hardship tools
• report monthly cost provisions to finance and support market expansion initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 11-14 years overall experience
• 7-9 years relevant collections leadership
