Senior Reliability Engineer at SanDisk in Bangalore, leading cross-functional teams to analyze NAND flash storage, root cause failures, and drive process improvements. What you’ll do

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
• Set up meetings, calls, resolve issues
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement
• Recommend new tech/tools/methodologies
• Root cause complex failure mechanisms
• Analyze NAND flash storage from definition to release
• Understand NAND flash system behavior
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with memory, firmware, product teams
• Provide feedback on new system features
• Coordinate with factory teams on drive builds, mechanical tests
• Handle RCA, 8D, process improvements
• Understand manufacturing ops and product/test engineering flow
• Ensure product meets reliability and quality specs

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Electronics/CS with 3+ yrs Reliability/Memory design
• Experience in memory design/characterization
• Knowledge of Semiconductor physics & Computer Architecture
• Experience in SSD/Embedded reliability & testing
• Exceptional written & verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for status reports

Nice to have

• Factory operations & Agile methodology knowledge
• Storage interfaces (UFS, eMMC, SATA, PCIe) knowledge
