Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on AWS. Lead application modernization, integration, and cloud migration initiatives. Provide architectural guidance and best practices to development teams. Drive system design, performance optimization, and technology adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and solutions. Required Skills 12+ years of experience in software architecture and application development. Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Technologies. Solid background in Java-based application development. Experience in system design, integration, modernization, and migration projects. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams. Good to Have Basic knowledge of Mainframe technologies. Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
