HR platforms and automation team at Infineon Digital, the hub for streamlining HR processes across the enterprise. The specialist designs, deploys and governs RPA and low‑code solutions to automate repetitive HR tasks, collaborates with global HR and IT stakeholders, and monitors performance metrics for continuous improvement. Ahmedabad, India and Porto, Portugal, hybrid work model with on‑site presence as needed.
What you’ll do
- Identify automation opportunities in HR domains
- Design and deploy scalable RPA/low‑code solutions
- Integrate automations with HR systems ensuring compliance
- Lead end‑to‑end automation projects from gathering to support
- Monitor automation KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Provide change management, training and user adoption support
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years HR process automation experience
- Strong requirement analysis and automation design skills
- Hands‑on with RPA, workflow or low‑code platforms
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent English
