About the role

People Operations team at UL Solutions drives HR process transformation across the employee lifecycle. The Manager, Process Excellence leads end‑to‑end redesign of HR processes, establishes global standards, and delivers automation using Oracle HR and ServiceNow while partnering with HRIS and HRIT. Bangalore, India, on‑site role with opportunities to influence global, matrixed teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end redesign of HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
• Establish and drive global process standards, templates, and documentation
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities using Oracle HR, ServiceNow, and digital tools
• Partner with HRIS and HRIT to prioritize and implement system enhancements
• Drive adoption of self‑service solutions and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
• Proven track record in process improvement, redesign, or operational transformation
• Experience working with HR systems (Oracle, ServiceNow or similar)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions
• Ability to lead change and influence across global, matrixed teams
• Experience with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
• Experience leading transformation or major process redesign
