Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks a Senior Manager Process Excellence to lead a global team of Procurement Process Managers. The role drives enterprise‑level governance, standardization, process mapping, and continuous improvement across Global Procurement. Responsibilities include setting vision and strategy for Procurement Process Excellence, leading strategic planning, prioritization, and governance of process initiatives, mentoring a high‑performing team, building organizational process capability, overseeing Business Process Reviews, strengthening the Process Excellence Operating Model, partnering with Global Quality for ISO/IATF audits, managing the GPCOE intake gateway, tracking ROI, driving process simplification, automation, and adoption of modern frameworks, ensuring SLA performance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Minimum qualifications: 12–15+ years in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Program/Delivery Management with extensive multinational leadership experience; strong understanding of Source to Pay, Lean/Six Sigma, and process optimization; global cross‑functional collaboration; measurable business value delivery. Preferred skills: expertise in process mapping tools (Celonis, Signavio, Visio, Miro); COE‑driven operating model experience; influence senior leaders; analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; knowledge of industry benchmarks; tenacious, innovative, execution‑oriented mindset. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s desired). Certifications in Business Process Management and Supply Chain Management highly desirable.

What you’ll do

Lead a global team of Procurement Process Managers to drive enterprise‑level governance, standardization, process mapping and continuous improvement across Global Procurement.
Collaborate with process sponsors, owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define, simplify, and optimize critical procurement processes.
Manage intake, prioritization, process mapping, documentation, business value analysis, and disciplined execution of improvement initiatives.
Lead and manage Process Excellence team in developing, improving, implementing, and driving adoption of processes and procedures that support Micron‑wide sourcing and procurement decisions.
Set vision and strategy for Procurement Process Excellence across the GP portfolio.
Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and governance for process initiatives.
Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and best‑in‑class process management.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Process Excellence team.
Build organizational process capability through coaching, standardized methodologies, and scalable best practices.
Oversee Business Process Reviews to evaluate performance, risks, controls, and improvement opportunities.
Strengthen and evolve the Process Excellence Operating Model.
Partner with Global Quality to support ISO/IATF audits and ensure all GP business processes adhere to Micron’s Global Quality BPM standards.
Lead cross‑functional problem‑solving for customer or operational events impacting GP processes.
Oversee the GPCOE intake gateway.
Maintain governance structures to track Business value realization, ROI, and performance of delivered work.
Drive enterprise‑level process simplification, automation opportunities, and elimination of redundancies.
Promote adoption of modern process frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure strong SLA performance, and high-quality outcomes.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

12–15+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Program/Delivery Management. Including extensive leadership experience within a multinational corporation.
Strong understanding of Source to Pay Business Process, Lean/Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
Experience collaborating with global, cross‑functional teams.
Proven ability to deliver measurable business value through process redesign and simplification.

Nice to have

Expertise in process mapping tools (e.g., Celonis , Signavio, Visio, Miro).
Experience working in a COE‑driven operating model.
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of the business – understands not only the processes in a functional area but also how the processes fit into the system of processes as well as how they align to the company’s strategy and key priorities.
