About the role
Training Team at Qualys delivers world‑class technical training for IT security risk and compliance solutions. The Senior Technical Trainer designs, builds and delivers instructor‑led and virtual courses, creates eLearning, videos, simulations and labs, and collaborates with engineering, product and support to ensure content aligns with business needs. Pune, India, on‑site with travel for customer training.
What you’ll bring
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years delivering technical training
- 5+ years cyber security product experience
- Design and develop training materials and assessments
- Excellent English communication
- Parallel task management
- Adapt to new technologies
- Based in Pune, India
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Qualys products
- Certification‑based training experience
- Video and simulation creation tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Captivate)
- Understanding of PCI, CIS, NIST frameworks
- Public cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Custom scripting experience
- Building virtual environments
- Adult learning theory and instructional design
