About the role
Backend maintenance for retail banking processes including account linking, credit reference letters, address changes, title maintenance documents, enrollment in Keep the Change, account closures, stop pay requests, credit card delinquency clearance, monetary adjustments, fee reversals, overdraft protection, DOB updates, photocopy items, promotional offer reinstatement, cash/purchase bucket adjustments, and requests for PIN/plate/checks/welcome package.
What you’ll do
- Perform backend maintenance for retail banking processes including account linking, credit reference letters, address changes, and title maintenance documents.
- Handle account closures, stop pay requests, credit card delinquency clearance, monetary adjustments, fee reversals, overdraft protection, DOB updates, photocopy items, promotional offers, and cash/purchase bucket adjustments.
- Process requests for PIN/plate/checks/welcome package and enroll customers in Keep the Change.
