About the role
The Team Member in Business Treasury Banking Operation / Payments is responsible for handling day-to-day Payments, ensuring quality assurance, mitigating financial risks. This role requires experience in banking operations within treasury functions, managing daily Payments & fund flow and compliance related to Banking Operations as assigned by Lead. The Team Member must possess proficiency in Fund Planning and communicate the company's fund position to Lead on real time basis.
What you’ll do
- Operations Management: Execution of banking operational Transaction and ensure they are error-free. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely execution of financial transactions.
- Governance & Risk Mitigation: Follow standardized processes to minimize risks free operations and ensure compliance with SOPs. Identify and address process gaps and potential risks as directed. Follow internal controls to maintain compliance with internal policies.
- Cashflow Planning & Communication: Assist in daily fund planning and communicate the company's fund position to stakeholders. Address business challenges promptly and contribute to process improvement.
What you’ll bring
- Educational Qualification: BBA / B.OM/ MBA (Finance) / ICWA / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Banking operations Industry: Preferably from an Infrastructure / Manufacturing Industry with experience In Banking operation.
