What you’ll do
- Develop and manage system requirements and specifications
- Create and maintain DFMEA and support risk analysis
- Perform requirements analysis, traceability, and change management
- Define system interfaces and support integration of hardware, firmware, and software
- Prepare verification plans, execute validation activities, and support issue resolution
- Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and compliance
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably in BMS, automotive, or embedded products
- Experience creating SOR/SRS and DFMEA
- Knowledge of system integration, verification, and validation
- Familiarity with CAN/CAN FD and product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
